    I'm so pleased - I didn't have a very good week as I had the lurggy and things kept popping in my mouth that shouldn't have. Usually I would have beaten myself up and thought oh sod it! but I didn't, so drew a line and carried on, so I'm 2lb shy of my first stone in 2 weeks. So pleased :).

    Hi all - I started on the 3rd and just had my first weigh in today. -7lb yeah! I'm on step 2 as well - so would be great to be buddies! How are you finding it? Oh I have 5 1/2 stone to loose.

    Well done! It was my first weigh in this morning - I've started on step 2 and I've lost 7lb this week. Was worried that I wouldn't loose all that much - but I am feeling great about it. My work trousers are definitely fitting better.
