    There are no .5pp so they are either rounded up or down. That means a slice of bread may actually be 2.4 points so it is rounded down to 2pp,but when you have 2 slices it is 4.8 points so that is rounded up to 5pp. Hope that makes sense. lorna

    Debra I think you will find that most of us just count the carbs and don't worry about calculating the fat and protein.The thing to do is to eat until you feel full but not stuffed and don't worry about the calories unless you lose nothing after the first 2 weeks on induction.     Body Temperature

    When I was doing w8 I was cold all the time,I was told this was a side effect of ketosis,but on atkins and in ketosis I feel really warm all the time.Don't know if this is because of the fat we eat on atkins? lorna

    just remember water weighs 10lb/gallon so at 8 pints to the gallon that is 1.25lb per pint. So if you usually weigh first thing before you have had anything to drink and then drink a pint of water you will be heavier. Just a useless piece of information lol. lorna
