    What about trying to do the re-feed for a couple of weeks then Andy!!! That way you'll be keeping any unwanted gains at bay and keeping your calorie consumption to a minimum.     If you're at home can you try and have a nap when the hunger starts to strike that's what I always go for instead of forbidden food.     Keep going Moesy and you'll get a good result I'm sure of it. I just think it's a woman thing retaining water.     We have a great power plate in work like they have in the gym. I go on it every shift and it states a 10min session is the equivalent of a 1hr workout so that suits me fine. I think I'm getting the results a lot quicker since I've been going on the cross trainer if I'm honest though x x

    Only took me about 20mins I think. Couldn't walk when I got off though. 20mins on the power plate today it's Equivalent to 2hrs exercise apparently!!! Only managed 3.1k on the cross trainer today.
