tonight im having a prawn curry, really easy with very little cost. i use frozen prawns , a chopped onion, chopped garlic, a tin of toms a stock cube and lots of spices and some curry powder. served with rice. x
have been off the diet for a while and need to get back on it! im currently 12st 4lb by my home scales but im joining my local class tomorrow night so we'll see what the real weight is there x

This time of day is my 'danger' zone! Tonight I remembered reading a drifter was 6.5 syns so ate one then realised it was 6.5 syns per finger! So there's me 13 syns down :-( they are my only syns today so not so bad but really annoying! I've not tried the mint options is it nice? I always think...
Well I'm a right numpty I just ate a drifter thinking it was 6.5 syns when in fact it was 13 syns :-( they are the only syns I have had today so not a total disaster but still bloody annoying!
I had a look and I think your doing well. 4lb is a great start to your weight loss keep it up and you'll be at goal before you know it. Just remember we all have bad days so do t be hard on your self of you ever do x

Hi guys, I'm back I had a wobble for a few weeks but am back on track as of today! I'm. Ack up to 12 st 13.5lb and in 4 weeks I'm meeting up with people I've not seen since I was 13 st 3lb. I'd move to lose a st by then. Do you think it's doable to shift a st in 4 weeks? Really feel positive...
Thanks for the warm welcome :-) have been naughty tonight! I took the kids to the cinema and had some pop corn and a slice of cheese pizza and 3 garlic bread bloody stupid of me the night before weigh in! Been good all week so fingers crossed there won't be to much damage x
I've been stupid tonight, the night before wi and I've had popcorn and a slice of cheese tomato pizza and 3 garlic bread :-( took the kids to the cinema and obviously showed 0 will power. I jumped on the scales just now and they say 12 st 13 lb, I was 12st 9lb this morning :-(

Hiya I had my first wi last tues and lost 4lb :-) I'm hoping for 2lb a week as I have 2.5 st to loose altogether. On the 16th June I'm meeting up with friends who I've not seen since November when I was 13 st 3lb I'm now 12st 13lb and am hoping to be close to 11 st when we meet up. Great losses...
