    Managed another night of cooking rubbish food for teenagers! So glad I only have to do it once a week. Just had a can of coke zero it keep me on the straight and narrow.     3 people commented me on how nice I looked and 2 of them were teenagers! I think all the water has made me look healthier. I must learn to be more graceful when accepting compliments as laughing in peoples faces maybe isn't the best approach. X

    Bananas I am very lucky to have a salon near me where they do all the training so they are brilliant. My friend had it done in another salon and was so disappointed. I wish I had before pictures but my brows look so nice compared to before x

    I had my first official weigh in (as I want to weigh in on the same day as my husband) and after 5 days I have lost 6.5 pounds nearly 7 but I had to round down as I want to weight in full and half pounds only. Very happy and I just need to continue. To celebrate I have just had my brows done...

    10 Stone - 140lb to lose - day 2 and counting!

    I'm not sure how long I will be on this Journey but definitely until May for now. I have about 9 stone to lose so a long journey in terms of VLCD but short compared to traditional weight loss plans. I'm on day 3 and hoping it gets easier from here... X

    Keep up the good work and try not to let ours affect your mood, as its only you that is feeling down not them. I know this is easier said than done and this journey will be an emotional one but you just need to take each day as it comes. I am hoping I can take my own advice as I start tomorrow. X
