    in the end I settled on a baked egg breakfast. Lined a small oven bowl with baking paper, added a few small slices of smoked sausage, some chopped onion, pepper, tomato, whisked up two eggs and poured over. Baked for about half an hour as I don't like runny egg at all. 210 calories.

    I think cling film would melt. The stuff to use is the coated baking parchment, you should be able to find it in the same place in the supermarket as greaseproof paper. It works great and the crisps just peel off it no problem. Hope you can get some as crisps with bits of paper stuck to it...

    I found dulcolax worked for me. If it becomes a problem for you, look into phsyllium husks (sp?) there are a few threads on this site about them, they help to keep you regular rather than allowing yourself to get constipated. I didn't like them personally but lots of people swear by them...
