    hey, i sometimes work nights so instead of setting times to have my shakes i set timescales instead! i have my first shake about 2 hours after i get up, the next one about 5 hours later and the next one about 5-6 hours later. that usually means that if thers a long time between shakes im asleep...

    I try to wear the exact same clothes every week, not only so u get a more accurate weight loss reading but also it feels amazing seeing the difference in your clothes week by week as its more noticable if something is hanging off u! xx

    new member on day 22!
