    Tried to look on running world, and they say do stomach exercises ( well seems as you are thats not useful) the only other thing I can think of is stretching the stomach muscles, as you would the rest of body ( not sure if you already do this). Possibly take a rest day as well ... Not sure sorry...

    It's where you lay down legs stretched out arms stretched above head. The you use stomach muscles to lift body into a V shape ( so legs go up at an angle and do do arms and torso).     Take it easy, don't do anything that will make it worse, of anything when your feeling up to it do reverse crunches, where your just using the lower body and the neck is relaxed on the floor. Take care Hun X

    I have always had random thoughts about this, one of them being to buy a mini bike and put under desk and cycle as I work ( not gone this) other being getting one of those thigh trimmers and use that/ or an exercise band to put round my legs to do thigh exercises.

    Speak to your councillor about how you feel first. You'll get used to the plan, when I first did a vlcd it was the thought that I was gonna lose tons of weight that made me stick to it, it was only in week 8 that I then started struggling.

    Watch the sugar content in your fruit, you could be sensitive to it and plateau because of this( I'm not saying cut out fruit) but try for a week to get your main calories from veg/ protein and complex low gi carbs. Remember eat a rainbow of veg. Try it for a week.
