    yes my answer above was based on 3 packets which was what i was on when i first had a little stint in september last year..they said 3 packets then no mention of protein...not that im complaining..i prefer the freedom now and ive stuck to it longer this time

    Looking at it mathematically you need a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound..on average say its 150 calories a packet...each day on 4 packets you will not be creating an extra 150 calorie deficit as you would on three ....so 150 goes into 3500 23.3 times...so on 3 packets every 23.3 days...

    yeah i totally wouldnt reccomend it for vlcd as 100 grams has a shed load of calories, i was just clearing up someone previously stating that cheese would kick you out of ketosis. which it wont because i was on atkins for 9 months and pretty much had cheese everyday. (4 stone lost stayed in ketosis)

    i dont think cheese knocks you out of ketosis in moderation..100g a day is allowed on Atkins and thats a ketogenic diet..i know its not on the s n s plan and the party is done but just putting the info out there.

    yep i use frylight with mushrooms and also with very thinly sliced leeks on low til they 'sweat'...so yummy....you could also oven bake the large open cup mushrooms thats nice aswell

    i weigh once a week on a saturday , time of day changes as i dont own a pair i go to moms (cant have scales in the house because i cant keep off them and fluctuations make me feel like why bother) Also clothed no shoes.

    I lost 4 stone on atkins a couple of years ago...the actual amount you eat isnt controlled by rules and guidelines but by your own feelings of hunger or lack of. Obviously even on atkins and in ketosis if you eat until your stuffed full every meal you wont lose weight. edit..im doing vlcd...
