    I'm with Gaz on this one - mix it with more water and it lasts longer - I don't really get any froth by the time its been warmed in a pan on the hob - found some great steak pepper that has chilli flakes in to sprinkle on it and it is just great!!!

    How do you do it ???

    I hang out for as long as possible until I have the first shake of the day - usually about 3-00pm then have a soup at 8-00pm. Feel fine in the am with just some tea/coffee and water.

    Go on start today - you can always change your weigh in day to match your friend - I started on a Monday but always weigh in on a Sat morning so that the high of the loss gets me through the weekend and then by Monday it feels as though I am on the home run to the next weigh in day!!

    I live for my evening soup personally - have chilli flakes and loadsapepper and it is just the best - really filling too I find and just like eating as it is hot and you get to use a spoon!! really is the highlight of the day - rest of the time I just have a strab shake at 2 pm everyday!

    I have not experienced these problems since week one - however not sure whether the large water intake of 5-7 litres a day keeps things in check or maybe the chilli flakes I have been adding to my soups are doing the trick!!??
