    I find water is usually always the answer with any unexpected gain! Same issue with me today, had a DD yesterday but suddenly i'm up 3.5lbs?! water! haha. But the exercising you're doing will soon shift some weight too! need to do some of that myself :)

    Thanks, i am expecting daily gains, but i'm just swinging so wildly at the moment! oh and they are yummy! i should maybe have left them in the over a little bit longer, another 5 mins maybe, just because the bottoms were soggy :P But they taste AMAZING! especially after a long DD.

    i usually have a sachet of porridge oats, and instead of using normal milk, i use almond milk which is 29kcal per 250ml :) Can't ask for better than that! I think mine adds up to about 95kcal altogether. Never hungry for a good while after that!
