    Weird question

    Has anyone had a skin problem since going on ss? I normally have great skin but over the past few weeks it has become really bumpy, fortunately people cannot see my sandpaper skin but I can feel it.

    Thinking of trying the 'bars'

    I really like the bars it makes me feel like I am having proper food and they are filling. I like the cranberry ones and peanut was ok. I limit myself to 4 a week to even out any damage.

    I totally know what you mean. Your weight loss is fab though. I have just finished my fourth week and my emotions have been up and down. To cheer myself up I just think that this diet is tough and yet I have stuck to it. I try clothes on and can feel them getting loose.

    Am really struggling

    Thanks guys, I am determined to keep on going as really don't want to fail at this. I have set myself a target of staying on it til Dec and I will do my best. It is so motivating seeing people's photo's . Am back at work next week so will be in a routine again which will hopefully help.

    Hi I am on day 15 of sole source and was amazed when I lost 1 stone on the first week. :D I am now having a bar for lunch each day and noticed there are more calories in the bar and am concerned that when I get weighed on friday my weight loss wont be that good. Does anyone else have the bars?? Jo
