I lost a lb this week not great but it's still a lb in the right direction just 3 weeks to go I had better buckle down now big time.

Weigh in tomorrow morning Rose. I am mid cycle as well and I always gain mid cycle and at totm so I'm not sure how good it will be this week but at least i am expecting it so won't be too disappointed.

Thanks cavegirl Yes Caz still following the old weight watchers plan it works for me really well and still allows me things like chocolate , eating out and treats as I couldn't do it if I had to give up chocolate completely I'm a chocolate munching monster ha ha.

Well made it. Through day one now time for bed then off to day two. It always seems to be the first 3 weeks are the hardest and then it gets easier but a wise old Tranqs once told me that it takes 21 days to form a habit so perhaps this is why the first 3 weeks are the hardest .

I returned to aqua zumba today and my hours swim after it means I've officially got my mermaid tail back ;) Although I am quite stiff this evening I am pleased I have got back into it food has been pretty much on track too so I am back in the game :)

£45 a month that's everything all in pool , all classes , sauna , gym and parking only thing it doesn't include is beauty treatments they have to be payed on top and one to one personal trainers and swimming lessons also but I don't use any of that. Yes Mel it makes it very good value.
