    Generally we just copy and paste the list and update it that way so people can do it themselves or ask someone else to do it,we tend to put the date on the top when we update so anyone coming behind knows they are using the most recent list if that makes sense!

    I think I'm going to do 5:2 in a few weeks as well,Jason vale (the guy who's juicing programmes I follow) has an app where you juice 2 days and eat normally the other five so I think I will give that a go-glad I'm not gaining but a bit bored of sts at the minute!

    2lbs is fab! I know we always look for more especially when we have had a gain,but 2lb is a really solid loss :-)

    Sounds amazing,glad you enjoyed it and had no regrets,I think if ud tried to stick to a diet whilst there then you would have regretted it,life's too short to diet on your holidays!

    Glad your better.our bodies are funny old things,even when we have the best of intentions they sometimes have other plans for us! I'm currently on week two of couch to 5k and I'm enjoying it.tried eating sensibly today but wasn't organised enough so I left myself too hungry and ended up eating...

    Every few hours I have a different idea of what I want to do-sw,ww,5:2,intuitive eating,just eating healthy,juicing,calorie counting.aaaaaaghhhh lol.im sure one day il wake up and something will click,it's just taking a while to happen lol
