    I would switch to extra eaxy for a few weeks honestly, the heb are carby and can bloat you up. Also stick to muller light not shape. The bachelors have some syns so i would stick to free ones and vary you dinner a little. More superfree veg needed, as fruit isn't always the best for weight loss!

    Your typical pre-SW food diary?

    My Pre would have been: Bfast - none Lunch - 4 egg omlette with cheese Dinner - Mashed spuds, quorn sausages and beans with cheese on Supper - Sandwich or cereal and crips or choco bar Every weekend i would have at least two take aways, pizza and chinese or indian

    Slimming World V Weight Watchers

    Honestly i don't think the strictness of WW would help you. I struggled with it and gave up after 3 weeks because i was literally so hungry i felt like crying. I have never been hungry on SW unless i wanted to be and that is because i have a lot more self control and i can eat as much as i like...

    Do you really need 15 syns?

    I was always told to use 10Syns max and i have that stuck in my head so i never go above it. 15 syns is a lot to me, and not necessary when you need to loose weight!

    I have whatever i want really. Lastnight i had a pizza and chip. The kiddy meal deal one, so its a 7inch pizza. Yum!
