    I would probably just estimate that it's used all your days' syns (15) :) Around a tbsp oil (6 syns) in the chilli another 6 or so for the wrap basket and your HexA and 3 syns or so for the sour cream :) Always best to over-estimate so you're not having too many syns x

    Yup, that's about it! Lots of seasoning (salt helps drain water too) and make sure you really squeeze the potato to get all the moisture out other wise it won't go crispy xx

    Just a note that the 20 calories equals one syn rule only works for foods with no free allowances, eg crisps, cake, chocolate etc - it wouldn't work for soup as that will have 'free calories' like the stock, veggies, lentils etc :)

    Add hot water to the flakes little bits at a time until you have a 'dough' consistency, then roll out really thin (so it cooks properly) put on a frylighted baking tray, cook until golden on one side and then flip it and cook the other side. Add your toppings and grill until they're done :)

    You should be able to but if you can't find them then it's pretty easy to take the bones out yourself and take the skin and fat off :)
