    I agree also. Its not extreme. Its helping shift the weight and helps teach portion control and good while foods further up the plan. I see ss as a means to an end.

    Wow your weight losses are Brill. I'm really worried as totm and only on second week. But done lots of walking and a little jog today at the gym so hoping that all this shows on Tuesday im nit overloading the exercise just doing bits here and there.

    I put on another thread. Start cooking the food you will eat on the higher levels to practise. If your kids will eat it. That way your learning and when you get to eat it you'll have become a pro. Still hard but might work a little

    Incorporate all the foods you'll be eating in the later stages of the diet. That way you get into ppractice of cooking those foods. That's if your kids will eat them. :)

    Just drink all the water. Remember that the meals give you all the nutrients. And if you aren't comfortable on ss then move up the steps. Plus you won't be on this for the rest of your life.     Sorry for slow reply. I had my first weigh in on Tuesday and lost 10 pounds. Was so shocked as I didn't feel any different and thought I hadn't lost anything :D but it was a nice surprice. I'm hoping to loose a minimum of 4 pounds this week so that I can make it a stone.

    I am on ss. I do martial arts once a week which I have done for years. I used to be really healthy then had an operation on my knee. Now I don't feel comfortable jogging on the streets as I have put on weight. So I just jog or jump on the spot or do sit Ups at home while the ad breaks are on...

    Hi I was told that increased headaches were a side effect. I've had one or two but nothing major. If its that bad go to a chemist and see if they can advise you on anything stronger. I used to use migraleve as I suffered headaches for weeks at a time. If not drink more water... Hope this...

    Good luck. If you put your mind to it you will loose it. Get through the first few days and you'll start feeling okay again.

    Helllo. I'm on my 6th day. Measures ny ketone on day 4 and wasn't very high. I feel quite good. Kind of over all the hunger panes. Dint feel like I've lost weight and nit weighed myself. Will get weighed on Tuesday. Did anyone else feel like this.

    Hello. New here to. Started sole source last Monday and got weigh in on Tuesday. Feel ok. On 4 a day as tall. I'm just a bit worried. Not deviated from the plan, but don't feel like I've list weight. Is this the same for others. Not weighed myself as i want to see it over the week. :)
