    Only tip I can give is to keep chipping away sometimes I find I will lose about 0.5lb then 2/3 wks later I will have a 3-4lb loss it's just our bodies adjusting, if u keep doing what ur doing then it will come off. I got to goal tonight with a 4lb loss bringing my total loss to 107.5lbs...

    WW Tracker wants me to reduce ProPoints to 27 daily

    I stuck to 29 for a while when ww changed the daily pp in jan I still occasionally have 29 dailies per day & still lose & I usually use at least half my weeklies may have to drop to 26 now & decrease weeklies I use to get my last 3lb off, I would stick to what ur on atm xx Sent from my iPhone...
