New dukan diet book - less vegetables allowed in cruise?

I've bought the new Dukan Diet book, The Complete Dukan Cookbook, and on page 33 it says you can hardy have any veggies in cruise. It doesn't list butternut squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. There's literally 14/15 things on the list. When you turn the page to Consolidation all of those...

    Hartley sugar free jelly

Oops, sorry about the no measurements thing - left was per 100g & right was per 110g pot :) I could never get the packets to settle, or they had big jelly clumps in. After a few times of trying I gave in and bought the pots. Asda must love me when I'm dukaning, upping their profits. Ha!

    Hartley sugar free jelly

Hi, xeilidhx - where did you get that from? I'd be really interested in trying some. I shop at one of the "biggest asdas in the north" apparently, and they only stock SF strawberry & SF orange. Both OK but I get bored of them quickly. Thanks!

Things that only a fellow dukaneer would understand...

My boyfriend always comes shopping with me, he doesn't seem to mind and is very supportive and helpful. He's always coming up with ideas for me too! My one to add is: Getting tired of eating the same stuff, finding a new recipe and trying it - and it works and it's delicious! CHEERS ALL ROUND!

    Cooking equipment advice

I couldn't live without: Silicone spatula: Perfect for flipping dukan pancakes & eggs Tefal griddle + frying pan: wonderfully non-stick! Slow cooker: I find it much more tasty than in the oven, make some delicious things! I have an electric whisk but never really needed to use it on dukan?
