My CDC advised that I only have either the water flavouring or the bullion. I guess this diet is about trial and error as some people are more sensitive than others and have no problem with losses when having both!

As in with gelatine and water flavouring? If so then no! You can only have one teasspoon of the flavouring and gelatine or Mix-a-mousse a day. Hope that helps x x x
