    Ok so ate all around me at the weekend as usual and was all ready for a fast day today but then last night happened :eek: . My 2yr old kept me up all night so didn't get more than an hours sleep. So couldn't face the thought of fasting today, I'm just too tired :(. Have a dinner out tomorrow...

    13 stone something to 12 stone something

    I'm 13-13 and just started 5:2 and calorie counting this week. Would love to get down to 12-13 quickly as I got up here quickly! But just started so I'll see how it goes. My first weigh in will be next Tuesday so fingers crossed there'll be a loss of a few pounds just to spur me on!

    Wow well done Debridger! Thats a fantastic loss! I'm going to have a read of your posts later for inspiration and encouragement. I've had a good fast day today. Just ate a few spoons of tomato soup at lunch and mushroom soup for dinner. One tea and a coffee so I am within my 500 calories today...

    My goal weight is 9-9 so need to lose 61 lbs if my maths is correct...god seems a huge amount but if I lose 2 lbs a week on average I should get there by July/August next year. Not all that far away as time flies and would be great to have lost some weight by summertime and be more confident...

    Looking for ideas for snacks on the go?

    Hi all, I'm starting this diet tomorrow and will be on the road all day with job. So any ideas for snacks other than an apple or a pear? I'm looking for snacks I can buy in shops when out and about. Thanks for your help :)

    Slim beginner?

    I've just started again I did it back in 2009 after baby no.1 and found it great. Its the perfect diet if you are the type of person who needs to know exactly what to eat and when! The shakes are lovely and make you feel full so you don't ever feel too hungry and you can have healthy yummy...
