    Thank you ! I thought it was odd that I hadn't heard anything on the seasoning, its only for a few months, I'm sure I can get by a wee bit longer. I've added tobasco to my shopping list thought, week 7 and everyweek I forget LOL

    Bank Holiday Monday - Hour By Hour!!

    What a wet and horrible day down South today, we have been into town as dh who is blind as a bat managed to go out to the pub and lose his glasses !! how he managed that I do not know so £200 later we have orderd some more but goodness knows how he will manage for the next week before they turn...

    Water flavouring

    LOL !! Can I just ask about the flavourings.. I'm getting rather OTT on calories but has anyone found having the flavourings or savoury drink affect their weight loss? Our LLC said that ketosis is strictly at 500 calories so I am now worried to have the flavourings and savoury drink incase...

    End of Raspberry and Caramel shakes ??

    Oh no, gutted ! I'm just into week 3 and I love the caramel shakes, I had one for lunch with a teapsoon of coffee in. Would love more variety though, I thought the other day a nice tomato or beef soup would go down a treat :-)
