    I think I am an abstainer! I do better giving things up for lent etc rather than just saying I had some last night so I won't tonight! I am currently 2 weeks in to a 10 week chocolate and wine ban. Finding it ok considering I normally have chocolate daily and wine about 4 times a week!

    I do this...a lot! I was really strict last week and synned everything and lost 2. Try having some carrot sticks while you cook? Empty plates as soon as they are finished / put too much salt on so you have to stop picking? Helps me sometimes x
