Hi I'm shirley, signed back up at Slimming World this morning after falling off track for a while, feeling motivated and looking forward to losing my 1st stone!

2 years ago we rescued brother and sister dalamatians, Scout and Timba, they were skin and bone and are both deaf so were being overlooked in the dog home. My hubby and I fell in love with them, bought them home and have 2 amazing dogs. They are a healthy weight now and respond to sign language...

I go to bellydancing classes on a wednesday night with my friend from work and we love it!! Have also been going to 'Bolly fitness' on a Monday night which is great fun too.

I'm re starting my weight loss journey today and will definitely make time to watch these, thank you for posting them :)
