    I drink bottled water at work as its grim out of tap. So take in 2x 2 litres then whatever I haven't drunk bring it home for the evening. At weekends I drink it by the pint from the tap. 3 before midday, 3 before my pm shake, 2 in the evening

    Big difference is LT is a choice, that requires an incredible amount of will power and let's face it doesn't taste nice. Surgery is ideal for those who don't have th will power. Only thing in common is hat both require a massive shift in attitude towards food afterwards

    That works at 9.8lbs in your first week assuming the last 2 days are lost at the same rate, from what I've seen not many hit that in their first week. Well done Its also quite relative to your start weight/height/sex/activity levels. The higher your BMR is the quicker it'll drop off
