    Hi cinders, many thanks for replying back to my post. Cambridge is what I did before and it worked but I'm told it's very pricey now and there are similar cheaper options such as slim and save or herbalife, so if any body has any more info on this please could you update me, many thanks x

    if im out and feel a bit wobbly i carry a picture and i also have stuck pictures of myself around the house of when i was slim, so if i think mmm that food looks nice, i then look at pics and say to myself but that looks nicer, that is what has motivated me x

    could somebody please tell me as im sure i read somewhere that u could take sweeteners with ur shakes (i had hot chocolate last night but i didnt like it!) so i was wandering if i could add a hermesetas mini sweetener to hot or cold shakes?

    hi every one, just thought i would introduce myself as this is my 1st ever attempt and also my 1st day on cd!! hopefuly i can do this, thank you for all your inspiring stories as its down to all of you lovely people that i have got motivated into actually doing this. once again many thanks x
