    Update - lost 2s8 now. Once thyroid med is right, lose 1st but takes 3m to adjust dosage & then wait for body to adjust etc until weight loss starts again. So grateful to endocrinologist!! So am now 13s1. 4wks maintaining with no carbs then start again hopefully another stone off in feb :-)

    Hey Jill, I'm on day 5 of 810, trying to lose 4.5st of pregnancy/ thyroid weight gain :( I'm already 10pb down but was 15s8 to begin with. Drinking loads of diet lemonade and squash in the evenings and sugar free ice pops these allows?! Not hungry so must be working! Keep going :)
