    No, haven't heard of this site, but I tend to buy most of my meat/fish on the way home from work when they start reducing it. I bought a sirloin steak the other day from m&s for £1.50 - bargain! I also always just eat the egg yolk. Might take a look for things like sauces. Thanks for the tip!

    Sooo hungry today :-(

    Try eating something high in protein, that should fill you up. When I was following Dukan I'd snack on hard boiled eggs - I'd normally have two and then I felt completely full - works out at around 120 cals for 2 medium sized eggs. Hope your power nap does the trick! :)

    Spending too much!

    My tip for saving money is going to the supermarkets around the time they start reducing items. Most days after work I go to M&S and then my local Co-op. They are always reducing the fresh meat/fish, and you can just pop it in the freezer until you need it.
