    Hi all started tue few months back did cambridge and Exante would lose stone in a week then gain it back then lose it again. Kept oing round in circles.     Don't forget in first two weeks u r losing water, That is why the losses are so varied 4lb - over a stone. So don't worry I can weigh myself am and pm and be upto 3 lb difference. So if you just stick to the plan ur be fine.

    The only exercise I do is a DVD for toning and inch loss, I love it, not difficulty and no cardio an it really tones. So when that weight as gone muscles should be more toned as well. I believe it helps to stop saggy skin. I do it 5 times per week. Called the beach body workout by Libby Roberts.
