    I've always been bigger, sometimes really big - like now -sometimes a smaller big. I need to do this again to take control of my eating.     So far so good, after losing via Exante a couple of years ago I'd nearly put it all back on.... 3 days in and it's going well, I had a sneaky weigh in and am 7lbs down already! Great incentive to keep going :) 3 swims this week too...let's see how long I can keep going!

    Hi, Ive had the porridge at work - I make it at home, use a but more water, add cinnamon and eat it cold....quite like it and just say its sachet porridge...take the bar without the wrapping? Take a meal with some veg already in a pot to microwave, that looks normal....have made a meal and kept...

    PORRIDGE......

    At the moment I like the porridge cold more than hot, you just have to stir a bit as it cools to avoid a skin forming, I make it & then add cold water & stir, it ends up a bit like a thick yoghurt when done. Sometimes put spices in - cinnamon, nutmeat etc, on hols had a couple of chopped brazil...

    Chilli + Cottage pie

    Might sound weird, but try it! I'm doing a mix of Exante & Slim & Save - I missed savoury so do this for tea and exante for brekkie & lunch - works a treat for me and you get quite a big portion :)

    So, back in the zone - finally, 6lb loss on hols last week - amazing! I discovered that the porridge is good cold and good to take out of lunch on walks etc! Finally happy with meals etc too - shakes/porridge & slim & save cottage pie + chilli for tea, together they are tasty and quite a meal :)

    End of term today, was given lots of chocolates - lovely to receive gifts and thanks but shared them all with other er staff and didn't eat a single one....also had porridge instead of the last day fish and chip Lunch, had a tin of tuna and will have a glass of wine.....

    Just for me ........ 1. You like feeling thinner 2. You know you can do this diet 3. Stop spoiling it by eating when you're bored/tired 4. 3 weeks before your holiday, if you try you could lose another stone 5. Just do it.....

    I'm finding that keeping a tin of tuna with a bit of mayo in the fridge helps when I want another mouthful of something, takes the edge off....another w/e with eating, birthday do, tried to keep to protein but had alcohol...hey ho

    Just been to the gym, did a 'fat burning' walk mostly on the treadmill with a bit of big hill stuff to stack up the cals burnt... 550cals on the treadmill + 10 mins swim to relax...feel absolutely fine :)
