    mirena coil and weight loss?

    Cant find the threads of your coil or cant find the thread you posted?ha, ha. I personally dont think it would make a difference, it was probably just that individual who experienced that. I have a question, did you have a large weight gain after having the coil put in?

    Thanks for your replys.I am only doing it to try the porriddge, as I fear falling off the wagon if I dont eat somthing. I will give CD a week to see if it is any better than Lipotrim...If I dont like it, I will still be in Ketosis, so switching back wont be a problem.x

    Hi, I am on day 3 of LT and I am freezing,my nose hands nad feet are really cold,even in a warm room. Did anyone else experience this? Or am I a little abnormal. Can somone also please tell me what day you go into ketosis. Thanks :confused:x

    day one!

    I am nearing towards the end of my first day...I had a latte for brecky, a strawberry shake for lunch and then I read about the hot choc, i have split it in two, savin one for later, it is quite comforting.xxx:o

    Yes I did use the vanilla shake for milk, havin another right now"heaven". Think Ill be gettin 14 vanilla and 7 choc from now on too. The iced latte is pretty fab tooif you add a sweetner.xx

    How I felt after it wasnt worth the peanuts, I felt quite sick. I think that is a good thing about this diet, when you start introducing foods again, I think you become more aware of what your body likes or disslikes. " Good luck with you WI Missyd"

    Today I was thinking about quitting but happened upon a link to this site. I now feel inspired to carry on. I have my first weigh in tommorow. I am now looking forward to week two, thanks for the inspiation.:)
