    I have just discovered Fox's Munch biscuits as a low syn treat - they are only 1.5 syns each, so good for when you want a brew and a biscuit without being too naughty! I got them from Co-Op for 99p per packet, but have just found that they are 2 for £1 at Tesco according to the price comparison...

    Yes, I read that and thought it was so good, but also very uncomfortable reading in a way in some places. Have you read the second book My Friend Leonard? It's really good too.

    jc1976 is right, don't beat yourself up, we all fall off sometimes, it's the getting back on it that counts x (if it makes you feel any better I have gained 2lb this week, so I need to get back on it too!)

    That's a good idea, I never make just one portion of anything, but I am a big fan of freezing because that way you don't have to have two meals the same in a row, I have found that you can freeze most things tbh, although my boyfriend laughs at me!

    That's a good idea, I might try doing that - it is a faff getting the weighing scales out every morning, but I think it is important not to guess your healthy extras (because I would overestimate!), so I do get the scales out every day at the moment!
