    Olive oil or sunflower are both fine surely? The key is moderation. You can buy spray bottles and decant your oil into them so you don't use too much :) then you know what the ingredients are too instead of the low cal sprays.

    I haven't got my dress yet but from what I have heard from other brides, depending on the style of the dress they can be altered plus or minus four dress sizes. Any more than that the dress can lose it's original shape and design.

    I don't have any recipes off the top of my head but from experience Greek food is pretty indulgent stuff, lots of lovely olive oil and filo pastry and honey!! There's things like Lamb kleftiko but I think frylight just wouldn't cut it. Lamb burgers could work with tzatziki and salad?

    These are all great ideas! Is there any advice from people's consultants about how to balance your fruit and veg intake? I don't go to groups and was just thinking that if you eat too much fruit surely thats a lot of sugar going in? Or does it not matter as long as you're sensible?
