    30 day shred!

    I finished it recently and didn't lose any weight. BUT I did lose 10 inches overall and feel and look much better. I think it's worth persevering. It does get "easier" as you become stronger and fitter.

    11 stone something to 10 stone something

    I'd like to join too. Am stuck at 11.2. MFP says 1200 calories so I stick to this and do exercise, usually 30 day shred and/or elliptical machine. I've tried eating back some/all calories and every option in between but still I'm stuck. I don't know what I'm doing wrong :(

    Have just done L2 day 6 and am finally starting to cope with it! Also the scales are finally going down after gaining then staying the same since starting the shred.

    My husband made some of this with skimmed milk as a treat for me, but he threw away the packet so I have no idea of calories and so syns. Does anyone have any idea? We split the made up packet into 4 portions. Thanks x

    DS ciabatta

    I use it as a healthy extra - it's down as one in one of the food directories I've got, and my C said it was ok too. As far as GF foods go they're great!

    who has done the 30 DS?

    I'm on day 9 of level 1 and so far have gained two pounds. Although not happy about that I've lost 6 inches so hope the scales will show it soon too. It's a great workout by the way.

    Any of you here done the 30 day shred? I've been doing it for a week and apparently gained 2lbs (cheated and hopped on my scales!). I'm worried about WI this week - wish I wasn't so obsessed with the numbers on the scales :(

    Week 3..I give up!

    I feel your pain too. Been doing the plan for 4 weeks and have lost 6.5lbs. This week was the first I didn't have any birthdays or meals out and I stuck rigidly to plan ... and gained 2lbs! I'm really fed up, can't blame * week and feel like giving up. I'm pleased for others with great losses...

    Oh dear, I'm bloated for some reason and so refused to go to class and register a gain after my 100% week in case it pushes me off plan - I'm known to overreact on occasion! What a wimpy coward I am. Congratulations on all the brilliant losses this week.

    Hi everyone, I'm new to this and on my third week of Slimming World. Big panic as have a meal out tomorrow and then weigh in on Tuesday! Well if I expect the worst I hopefully won't be too upset.
