Bah.... Posted this in the wrong section!

Had a tough couple of years and regained lots of weight. I've lost all my confidence, self esteem is at an all time low. I feel annoyed, disappointed, fat and worthless. I just want to cry. So I'm giving myself a kick up the arse to do this. Im worried I will fail bit I really want and need to...

hello, im new here, tho really glad i found this forum, dont have a lot of time for posting tho. i just have a quick Q as i keeo forgetting to ask! can you drink nettle or dandelion tea on lipotrim? i have green tea but it gets a bit boring!
