    Just take it one day at a time, I have started and restarted so many times. I have realized that the more I beat myself up, or feel guilty for eating something "bad" the more likely I am to binge eat (Yep, I'm an emotional eater too!). You have made a great start :)

    Hopefully you will see the results next week, that sometimes happen to me when I think I have had an amazing week but the scales don't show it. It's hard not to get down but try to look ahead to next week. Stay on plan and who knows what kind of loss you could have next week.
