Well, this week I got my Stone Award after loosing 4 and a half pounds this week at group! I am definitely chuffed :)

Well last week threw me off track a bit. Started presenting on Chorley FM, if anyone is interested I have been co-presenting on Chorley FM's mid morning show 9-12 and will be doing so every monday - friday :D Anyway, this week I lost a 1lb, 1lb, damn... but at least it's a loss! I am aiming...

bit late cause i had to do a radio show this morning so went to bed early :P and I lost a 1lb, a measly little 1lb this week! But 2.25lb's to go until my stone award. Gonna mix up the plans this week so one day I have an Extra Easy then the other a green and the other an original :D

Think it's a bloke thing! My Dad moans when we watch it, but i caught him secretly watching on his own one time, so you may grow to like it :P

Well I've been going to Zumba at my local gym for both tuesday and friday, also i've been going to the gym when I can and walking the dog. And to get Silver you need to do 6 activity sessions of 15 minutes per week or 3 sessions of 30 minutes, spread over 3 to 5 days and maintained for 4 weeks...

Well today's weigh in was a success! Lost 2 and a half pounds meaning I only have 3 and a half pounds to loose for my Stone Award. I got Joint Slimmer of the Week and my Body Magic Bronze Award Sticker, the certificate is coming not this week, next week when my consultant comes back from her...

Well it's monday! One and a bit more days to go until this week scales, as nervous as hell. I managed to clean my room, almost just got a bit more organising to do, I have applied to the Co-Operative for a job, applied to ChorleyFM for a presenter volunteer position so that's the job bit...

can't believe how close it is to wednesday, starting to get nervous about the scales hope i lost weight this week.

The ones at Slimming World are really accurate, they've been designed that way... but the home scales if you get a really expensive brand it won't be so accurat, i found with my WeightWatchers Scales if i weigh myself in the bathroom, i lost weight but if i weigh myself in my room on the carpet...

been one of those 'awful' days today: Saturday: Lunch – 2 Crumpets Dinner – Steak Stew Snacks – 2 Hifi Light Bars Supper/Healthy Extra A + B – 2 Weetabix and Semi-Skimmed Milk

Just do what everyone else does, before it gets discontinued buy a hell of a lot to stock up your cupboards before it goes, deffo going to buy some Lemon bars, haven't tried it yet.

I just find it annoying when you find a flavour or product you love and then it gets discontinued :(

30th June 2012 This has one of these days where I just feel like giving up at everything. Dad has been in a mood with everyone making them feel like they are worthless, including me ... In serious need of Ice Cream Therapy even though they are in high of syns!

Warez-BB is good for getting the Big Bang Theory fix in, even though E4 does show it quite a lot now. Love the Big bang Theory, Sheldon is awesome even with his OCDness!

I love Glee, best series ever can literally connect to it, though I must admit not been really all that into the Glee Project.

oh I love Supernatural! it has my three favourite TV boys in there, i.e Sam, Dean and Castiel :p

Hi all, Well my name is Georgina, I'm 20, at university bla, bla. I joined Slimming World about three or four weeks ago, something like that and I have been starting to loose weight and sticking to it for like the first time ever! Anyway since being diagnosed with GAD, just general worrying...

my next goal is to loose 6lbs to gain my stone award, i shall get there!
