    No...if the weights are 80% from your maximum you could do, your last set should be very difficult to finish. So u won't be able to do much more. 1-5 reps endurance...5-8 hypertropy and 8-12 strength. 5-8 are good to build muscle. 8-12 are good to tone. Example: biceps curl i do it with 8kg...

    It doesn't need to be that sweaty... If u go little higher in weights and do 3x8 or 5x5 the last rep should be difficult to do, then u on the right weight. Also when goes easier after a week or 2. Increase the weight again. So u on the best way to build muscle.

    Why u can't? Does it sound to much? Or you think u can't eat that all? Healthy oils, seeds, nuts etc bring u easy there without feeling stuffed, just satisfied.

    Personally it would be to low sweety.... If you could aim for minimum (please don't slap me ;-) ) 1800 or even 2000 kcal! Go on your workout days the higher kcal and on your resting days the lower kcal. So maybe 2000 workout and on resting days 1600-1800. Usally i go with minus 20% from my tdee...

    What i do like to c squishy is that u do the kickboxing and the shred! You building lean body mass. But u need to eat up. Also watch your protein...so more so better. I eat about 100-150g a day. (don't forget to drink up too) If u build muscle so better.... More muscle=more cals burned in...
