    Over the christmas and new year period I went off the rails a little ...... shot up to 12st 10lbs which was a gain 6.4lbs :( Sad times..... however, as of today, I am at 12st 7.8lbs which is a loss off 2.2lbs :) - it doesn't count towards my pledge though ; need to get back to 12st 3.6lbs for that!

    Wii or Xbox Kinext fitness games

    I've only ever used EA Sports Active 1 and 2 for the Wii as I don't have the xbox 360 kinect ( just the xbox 360 :p ) - I thoroughly recommend them, they definitely work if you stick to it :)

    Hey Abbey :) First things first, the first week of trying to lose weight, you lose a lot more than you normally will for the rest of your journey - so say if you lost 5lbs in the first week then only 1lbs the following, don't be disheartened, as that's pretty normal.
