    I've had a silly blip today. I';m day 9 on cd and have lost 13 pounds and now I've gone and blown it by having a row with my son and ate a sandwich with butter ham and pickle a bag of crisps a chocolate bar or two and a botttle of wine will I be able to go back on it tomoz

    I haven't many stretch marks but I'm worried about having a load of saggy skin when I get to goal but I'm hoping that using the toning tables every day will help.

    I'd love nothing more than to be able to go into a shop and not go straight to the back of the rack for the larger sizes. Also, being able to choose what to wear rather than wearing something cause its the only thing that fits. And my ultimate aim is to wear jeans this winter tucked into boots...

    slimming world is really good and when I've lost my weight I shall do that so I stay focused. Dont expect more than 2-3 pounds a week tho. x

    I know how you feel hun cause I'm a comfort eater too. Either make up with him or go for a walk or something but if you do give in and eat dont beat urself up about it so start again tomorrow. I went and got drunk last night after my 1st week but today I'm focused again so dont worry. x

    i'm a CD newbie :)

    I'm on day 3 and have coped with drinking lots of water. Went to pub with m8s last night and drank pints of soda water!! Cant stand the soups but love the choc/mint shake. feeling very motivated by everyones stories so here's to thinner us!! x

    survived day 1 Cheers for ur reply. I went back to my counsellor today and returned all the soups. I tried the choc mint shake with ice in this am and despite not usually having a sweet tooth I found it really nice so I'll be having those from now on. Hope alls going good for you. x

    I've started ss on cd today and my first taste of it was the spicey tomato soup which I found disgusting. I was disappointed as I'm very much a soup and savoury person, but the insipid colour was enough to put me off! Are the other soups any better??:sigh:
