    Same here! I bought a new pair of boots for finally deciding to man up and make the change. An extended family member has also said for every stone I lose he will pay me £10. £10 is £10 so yay.

    It means your body is using fat for energy. It can come from your body or whatever you ate.

    The diet drinks are even worse than the ones full of sugar as they're loaded with aspartame. Your body thinks you're having sugar when you're not so you later crave it.

    For me not feeling so uncomfortable when it's hot. Not feeling like everyone is staring at me and thinking 'look how fat she is' and being able to wear Black Milk leggings, because they are quite frankly the most awesome things ever.

    I'm not doing it till I join just trying to grasp things as I know it can be a lot to take in at first. I think I'll be planning meals though as it seems an easier way of doing things firstly but also as you say, no wastage hopefully. I'm really excited though.
