    I worked out my TDEE - its 1860 and taking off 20% would be 1500 cals a day. I am going to bring that down to 1400 just because I think 1500 is too high for me, im hoping to up my exercise so as that goes up so will the cals. It all gets a bit confusing doesn't it. :)
