    I forgot to mention though, that although I've only lost 6lb since my CDC last took my measurements, I've actually lost another 3 inches from my waist!! Hips are the same, 1/2 inch bust, 1/2 inch arms and 1 inch thighs! I have lost a total of 10 inches from my waist now - brilliant!

    I've been on 810 since day one. 7 weeks in and I've lost 23lb so definitely works. Just means average weight loss is 2-3lb per week rather than 3-4lb. And you're less inclined to cheat or binge as you have a real meal to look forward to everyday.
