    Ok so back on it after christmas gained 10lb but have somehow managed to loose 7lb since thursday?! Anyway thats 3lb to go till im back to where I was im really struggling though dont know why just cant bloody stick to it and its driving me mad lol xx

    What a nightmare day seem to do really well till i get bored in the afternoon!!! And then it goes downhill just want to see th 12's on the scales again!!! hopefully i will have a good weekend

    omg christine i am getting close to finishing my shakes and soups and so i have the horrible ones left i had a toffee and walnut shake this morning and was nearly sick I cant wait to have more products so i can actually enjoy them lol xx
