    I want to do a short vlc diet-but which one?

    I want to do up to three weeks of a vlc ? diet and like the idea of two meal substitutes and one low calorie ready meal. Is this possible? What sort of calorie intake will that be? Would I be better with a higher calorie full vlc diet? In the uk ❤️:)

    chicken,with veg or salad a little balsamic vinegar. You can google which veg are better than others. or lean red meat ditto. up your water intake.

    What I like the sound of with gi maintenance,is that you are restricting the amount of carbs you eat.I have learned that too many carbs seems to make you hungry,but apparently eating a low gi diet means you feel fuller for longer because your glucose levels are more balanced.
