I've actually upped my calories from 1500 to 1600 and having a steady loss so far lost 7lb in 3 weeks which is better than I have done with ww or sw! I'm high 14s at the mo weight wise started at 17 but am noticing more inch loss as dropped a clothes size! How you finding it? X

I did 1200 as that's what I always thought you was meant to go down to until I was looking on here so upped it and having steady loss so far! I worked it out and the exact amout is 1560 but I do find I don't aleays eat all my calories though if I do go over one day I'm covered x
Well after being unsure about eating 1500 calories ive lost 5lb in the last two weeks so think il stick to that until I plateau and then reduce. I must admit I'm starting to really like calorie counting compared to other diets x
