    Its great and the easiest diet ever.. my loss was very slow at the start, but then it picked up after about a month. But the way I see it is I can do a hard diet where I lose weight quickly, give up after six weeks and put back on what I lost and more, or do JUDDD, lose slowly and stick with it...

    Someone else on here said that their weight loss stalled when they started doing zero cals on DDs. I can't remember who it was now. But eating your cals even on DDs seems to work best for most people. We're all experimenting though :)

    My downdoads were realtively pain free this week and I dropped 2.6lbs. I'm on an UD today but will be doing double DDs again tomorrow and Friday. A nice bowl of hot soup in the evening really helps me on dds.

    OK I'm back to it! Double down days Monday and Tuesday knocked 2.6lbs off :) So now am back to where I was before I went to London.     As the others have said, you need to give this way of eating some time.... it seems to take the body several weeks to understand what it needs to do when we do JUDDD.     I agree with Jo. Don't eat anymore until the morning, 600 is a perfectly good DD when you're doing a double. Drink water or green tea instead, lots of it.

    Sometimes the later I start eating on a DD the less hungry I become, until in the end I just eat something for the sake of it, or because everyone else is eating.

    I would say don't worry too much about going over on your UDs, it doesn't seem to have a detrimental effect to overall weekly weighloss as long as you do good DDs, especially if you do doubles! As you get in to it more, you're stomach will shrink and it physically hurts then to overeat. :D

    Hmmmm I failed big time tonight :(. Fasted all day and had healthy veg soup for dinner. Then it all went wrong when I found chocolate in the fridge! Ate about 6 squares of it!!! Feel sick now and also disappointed with myself.

    Hi girls, how are you getting on? This is my third week and I can say every DD gets a little bit easier than the last one :) I found a couple of cans of diet Pepsi really helped me get thru the first few and plenty of water will stop,you feeling dizzy. Good luck x

    Well done! I agree that it's easier on the 2nd DD and the stomach shrinkage. I also found this on the first UD after wards. I couldn't eat much at all! Left over half my dinner and its not like me to leave ANYTHING on my plate! :eek:

    I know what you mean about underestimating calories! It's such shocking how many are in some foods! I baked a cake on Sunday cos my little girl wanted to do some baking and omg! and it's very moorish as well, that's the problem! You had an excellent DD yesterday... I just hope all those sprouts...
