    Mini goals are a great idea. I found it really helpful when I started SW breaking it down into the first 1/2 st loss, or getting into a new stone bracket, etc... Lots of little goals always seem more achievable than focusing on the target. Keep us posted :)

    Wine always gives me a serious hangover too. Generally don't get them otherwise! You're lucky you crave diet coke, I always have to have the full sugary version with salty crisps and lots of fried food. Not good! :) At least the night was worth it though x

    That's what I thought but it was actually so tasty. Used a tsp of coconut oil, sliced the banana and fried it a little, then pour in the eggs. I loved it so much I had it two morns in a row. There's meant to be cinnamon on top too but I hate cinnamon.

    Great idea. I usually take measurements when I start but didn't think this time. I did take starting pics though and am starting to notice a difference. Always good to have something other than the scales to keep track of. Well done on your loss, 1lb is great! What are your typical losses?
