    8lb in 2 weeks

    Hi I've just finished week 2 and lost just over 10lbs. The first week I was 100%. The second I allowed myself the odd treat so was over cals on a couple of days so it's definitely possible. Stick with it and u can do it x

    Mmm :-S it's infuriating isn't it. Have u tried changing your diet slightly? Sometimes I hit a wall after weeks of eating the same thing as my body seems to get used to the foods somehow and I can't seem to shift anything.
