    Hiya! Thanks for the advice. I usually exercise 5 days a week. I take basketball very seriously and on the days when training is long or tournament days I do make a special effort to eat more. Especially breakfast. Actually eating more usually encourages bigger weight loss which is crazy really.

    I just had the wine in the end but been 100% today. I'm just not going to worry about it, one bad day out of 9 months isn't bad going ;) Thanks for the advice.     Olive oil is great. I use it to make salad dressing. I usually use herbs from my garden. And yes tuna is HEXB on green, I can't remember how many grams. But I have a feeling it is one of the small size tins in brine.

    Extra Easy Anyone cut out bread?

    I'm not a big bread eater but I don't understand how this works. Bread is loaded with carbs i get that. But so is porridge/cereals/cereal bars/potatoes/fruit and PASTA Can someone explain to me how bread helps with the bloating as I'm confused. I may give it a go though :)

    Salt is bad for us too!! I could never taste it in premade food and takeaways! But after going without it for so long it's the first thing I taste. Often is overpowers the actual taste of the food.

    I hope to do lots of green days as I only really eat free range organic meat which is very rare as it costs too much. So I do eats lots of vegetarian products and fish. So on a green days we get 2 HEXAs and 2 HEXBs is this correct?

    Exercise will help of course it will!! We will all have days when we go over our syns. Some people reduce their syns the next day. Say they ate 20syns then the next day they'd have 10. Which is an average of 15 each day. But I wouldn't worry as exercise burns calories. SW is basically the same...

    I now LOVE olives. I can taste salt in premade food. I get drunk sooo quick (not really taste bud issue, just a lack of alcohol issue) I always loved fresh homemade food anyway, but the thought of eating a macdonalds now actually makes me gag!

    Great!! We can do it! I think my weight loss has averaged about 1lb a week. Some weeks nothing, some weeks 4lbs. But overall it is about 1 lb per week :)
